With incresing demands of quality, lead time and service from customers, DM Window Display factory also make some improvement on some aspects, like facility, processing,technical, workers skills, production systems,etc.

1. As to facilities, we added one more 3D printing machine, 1 Laser engraving machine, 3 polishing machines, 3 painting workshop, and cutting machines, etc.

2. As to processing, we help our customer shorten the sample lead time for more than 5-10 days by 3D printing tech and foam sculpture, thus to finish the samples quickly.

3. We have recruited more skilled workers for molding, polishing, painting and package.
4. Specialized in IQC and OQC to test and control the incoming material and outgoing items quality.
5. In order to follow the progress in time, we introduce an professional production management system to help manage the process of the order and mass production.
